Before you enquire
A few useful answers.
Should I send the pattern or the whole panel drawing?
Send both the pattern and the final panel dimensions. Show the solid border, orientation, repeats and any fixing holes so the complete part can be reviewed.
Is every pattern made using the same process?
No. Material, thickness, opening size and repetition help determine whether laser cutting, punching, waterjet cutting or routing is appropriate.
Can the same idea use different materials?
Some designs can be adapted to metal, marble or acrylic. Each material needs a separate review of the pattern, thickness, edges and fixing method.
